If you are coming for help with rent please bring a full copy of your lease. If you are coming for assistance with a utility bill please bring the most current bill with you. If you are coming for assistance with a mortgage bill please bring the most recent statement from the mortgage company with you. Also bring any documentation of what caused your financial setback (ex: doctors note, car repair bill, documentation of sick child). We are only able to aide individuals/families one time within a 12 month period.
