Bluffton Self Help offers an Emergency Financial Assistance Program to working individuals and families that have experienced an unbudgeted expense or financial setback. We assist with rent, utility bills, mortgages, and home repairs for seniors on fixed incomes. If you need financial assistance please come in Monday-Friday between 1:00pm-3:00pm. If you are coming for help with rent please bring a full copy of your lease, if you are coming for assistance with a utility bill please bring the most current bill with you, if you are coming for assistance with a mortgage bill please bring the most recent statement from the mortgage company with you, and also bring any documentation of what caused your financial setback (ex: doctors note, car repair bill, documentation of sick child). We are only able to aide individuals/families one time within a 12 month period.

Our clothing bank is open Monday-Friday and clothes are free to anyone with a picture ID. Each individual is allowed to come once every 7 days and can pick out up to 10 items.

Bluffton Self Help distributes free food from Second Helpings beginning at 10:00am on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays. Clients are limited to one bag of food per day
